DESCRIPTION 

Our team served as the General Contractor to provide site development services for a new housing-development in Marysville.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for clearing of the site trees and vegetation, stripping the site of topsoil, on-site cut-to-fills, export of excess soils, installation of wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a storm detention vault, roadway construction, and frontage improvements. We also provided solutions to particularly challenging and unexpected site conditions due to weather and ground water.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Installation of a of a large storm detention vault with 337,000 cubic feet of storage
• Excavation and finish grading for 108 housing lots
• Placement of over 134,000 square feet of asphalt paving inside the housing development as well as along the public right-of-way
