Northwest Construction, Inc. served as the civil contractor for the construction of Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett’s new sales center.

SCOPE OF WORK 

Our scope of work encompassed earthwork and site utilities. Earthwork activities involved demolition of existing hardscapes, excavation for new building footings, site grading, and preparation for hardscapes. Utility-related tasks included the installation of new sewer, storm, and water services to the building, along with the placement of a substantial stormwater detention vault on-site.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• The project encountered unexpected challenges with the discovery of significant unknown utilities at the project’s onset, necessitating multiple modifications to the stormwater detention vault. Northwest Construction, Inc. played a pivotal role by offering insights on constructability and conducting cost analyses, aiding the owner in making informed decisions to achieve the best project outcome.
