DESCRIPTION 

Our team performed all the sitework for this new 4.89-acre residential development comprised of 21 single family homes.

SCOPE OF WORK 

Our team was responsible for clearing and grubbing, on-site cut-to-fills, exporting of surplus soils, installation of all wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a 573,500 gallon storm water detention vault, site grading, import and placement of gravel base aggregates, roadway construction, and off-site roadway improvements.  We also assisted with installation of the joint utility trench throughout the project.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Excavation and construction of a 573,500 gallon cast-in-place storm water detention vault
• We worked closely with the City of Bellevue and our client to create a traffic and pedestrian control plan that minimized impacts on the public during completion of the off-site roadway improvements
