DESCRIPTION 

Our team served as the General Contractor to provide site development services for a new housing-development in Lake Stevens.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for the clearing of the site trees and vegetation, stripping of the site topsoil, on-site cut-to-fills, installation of wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a storm water vault, and roadway construction.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Excavation and finish grading for 104 housing lots
• Placement of over 137,000 square feet of asphalt paving inside the housing development
• 50,600 square feet of retaining walls
