DESCRIPTION

On this new 55-acre development, construction will proceed in three phases over the next two years to create 202 new home lots for our client, MainVue Homes.

SCOPE OF WORK

Our team is responsible for the earthwork and grading on this project. This includes moving over 640,000 cubic yards of on-site material to create 5 new local residential access roads. Additionally, more than 235,000 square feet of retaining walls will be installed along lot lines to maximize lot sizes. As mass grading commences, new utility infrastructure will be introduced, with each utility requiring over a mile of piping to provide permanent city and private services to future homes. To manage stormwater, 4 cast-in-place detention vaults will be constructed on-site, with a combined capacity of nearly 4.5 million gallons.
