DESCRIPTION 

This project includes the demolition and stabilization of an existing parking lot to prepare for a new apartment complex.

SCOPE OF WORK 

Our team is responsible for demolishing the existing parking lot, walls, and utilities. We will install a new fire hydrant, resurface the frontage, and stabilize the site for a future apartment complex.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Demolish a 30′ MSE wall and relocate 10,000 cubic yards of dirt to the other side of the project
