DESCRIPTION

Our team performed all the sitework for this new residential development comprised of 64 single-family homes.

SCOPE OF WORK

We were responsible for clearing and grubbing, selective site demolition, on-site cut-to-fills, site excavation, utility installation (water/storm/sewer), installation of two stormwater detention vaults, site retaining walls, site grading, import and placement of gravel base aggregates, and off-site roadway improvements. We worked with the city and public transportation authorities to coordinate boring a portion of the new sewer line under the City of Everett’s water transmission lines and tying the sewer line into the existing system located in the middle of 20th St. SE. We also assisted with installation of the joint utility trench throughout the project.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Boring the sewer underneath the City of Everett’s water transmission lines
  • Excavation of approximately 10,500 cubic yards or 2 storm detention vaults totaling roughly 950,000 gallons of storage
  • On-site cut-to-fill of just over 27,000 cubic yards (this does not include the ex-quantity from the detention vaults)
