DESCRIPTION 

Our team was contracted to deliver earthwork, utility installation and mass grading for a 140-unit home development plat.  

SCOPE OF WORK 

We are responsible for the site grading, installation of a complex site utility system, and installation of public right-of-way improvements along a state highway. With close coordination with the city and owner, we minimized impacts on the community while completing roadway work and installation of a sewer system through a local high school field.

• Excavation and layback of a 9,000 cubic yards storm detention pond with an engineer soil liner installed
