DESCRIPTION 

Our team was contracted to deliver mass excavation and utilities for an apartment building with four levels of underground parking. In a dense and challenging urban environment, our team helped to bring the project in on schedule and budget.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for TESC, clearing and grubbing, site demolition, utility installation (water/storm/sewer), and mass excavation utilizing earthmoving equipment to excavate 102,650 cubic yards of soil 40 feet deep from existing street grade. Our fleet of trucks successfully navigated the tight confines of the city streets to haul the soil without a single incident and praise from the City of Bellevue Street Use personnel. We worked with the City of Bellevue to minimize disruptions to the public for the off-site and ROW improvements.
