DESCRIPTION 

Our team performed all the sitework for this new 9.75 acre residential development comprised of 31 single family homes.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for clearing and grubbing, on-site cut-to-fills, export of surplus soils, installation of all wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a 288,000 gallon storm water detention vault, site grading, placement of 1,176 cubic yards of modular geofoam fill, import and placement of gravel base aggregates, roadway construction, and off-site roadway improvements.  We also assisted with installation of the joint utility trench throughout the project.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Installation of a hybrid sanitary sewer system, which included both gravity and force main sewer systems
  • Excavation and construction of a 288,000 gallon cast-in-place storm water detention vault, which included the placement of modular geofoam fill on top of the vault
  • Worked extensively with our client to resolve several design conflicts involving the off-site roadway improvements
